Susquehanna International Group is looking for an AI Business Intelligence Developer to join their Corporate Systems AI team to enhance operational efficiencies for both in-house and third-party applications by integrating artificial intelligence opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business intelligence development with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, Power BI) and data processing languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Experience with additional Business Intelligence tools, such as SSRS or SSAS, a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of ETL design using ETL tools (such as SSIS or Informatica) to extract data from heterogeneous data sources strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop sophisticated AI-driven BI solutions utilizing machine learning algorithms to create predictive models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure robust data models that support strategic analytics and business intelligence objectives.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, managing data integration and transformation processes to align with strategic business and technology goals.
  • Incorporate machine learning solutions to automate and optimize business intelligence processes, contributing to the advancement of company's data-driven capabilities.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their strategic needs while maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or related technical discipline is required
