Fabick Cat is seeking to unlock the value of generative AI tools by designing, testing, and refining high-quality prompts tailored to real-world business scenarios.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using or supporting generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar, ideally including custom GPTs, prompt engineering, or AI assistant (agent) configuration
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Power Automate
- Familiarity with prompt optimization or prompt chaining concepts is a plus
- Previous internship or project experience related to digital tools, automation, or user support
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts and workflows for AI chat interfaces (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), including custom GPTs and task-specific AI agents.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, consistency, and contextual appropriateness-iterating on prompt structure, tone, and logic to improve outcomes.
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries, reusable templates, and documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Support business users in adopting AI tools by delivering hands-on guidance, demos, and lightweight training sessions.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to embed AI prompts or agents into internal business systems, tools, or communication workflows.
- Monitor advancements in AI capabilities, prompt engineering techniques, and multi-agent collaboration frameworks-and translate these into actionable internal use cases.
Other
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a business, technology, or digital transformation role-internships and co-op experience will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured content
- Self-starter with a growth mindset-comfortable navigating ambiguity, experimenting with new tools, and proactively seeking feedback
- Ability to think analytically and creatively to translate business needs into structured prompts
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
