Microsoft is looking to drive Digital Transformation and high impact in one of its strategic solutions, specifically in the AI Business Solutions, Americas Global Sales Specialist role, to help customers accelerate their ability to deliver hybrid work needs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as M365 stack across Endpoint management, Windows 365, M365, Surface and Copilots, Azure Virtual Desktop.
- OR Knowledge of other VDI solutions like Citrix, VMware, Amazon Workspaces is desirable.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud productivity solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud productivity solutions (preferred).
- Experience in building and maturing incubation solutions.
- X years of experience collaborating with and influencing executives, including internal and external stakeholders at senior business and technology leadership levels.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the Cloud endpoint business including but not limited to large, complex, and strategic deals across the region and landing customer satisfaction with Microsoft solutions in the productivity space with Microsoft’s Cloud Endpoint, hardware and Intune management solutions.
- Be a thought leader who can articulate the value and of M365 Security and Modern management across Cloud managed devices and engage confidently at CxO levels to articulate the customer value proposition in driving a secure and productive collaboration solution.
- Lead local sales teams across regions right from understanding customers' needs to landing the value proposition of M365 Endpoints across Microsoft’s Cloud Solutions, modern endpoints and management suite.
- Land new incubation motions / solutions in the field and able to pull together various stake holders across Sales, business groups, Engineering, Partners to land the solution and help build a scale motion for the future.
- Be the sales and technical thought leader in the space and coach / mentor specialists and field teams by being on top of compete scenarios, sales plays, product life cycle, deal coaching and best practices.
- Be the voice of the field in providing inputs to leadership and engineering on strategic market needs and opportunities shaping current and future products, market strategies and customer centric ideas.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned industries / accounts to grow the business together with Modern Work sales Managers and Specialist sales teams.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
