JM Family is looking to provide college students with meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study, contributing to the success of their AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) and DevSecOps teams by supporting initiatives that enable responsible, secure, and scalable adoption of AI technologies and cloud automation practices.

Requirements

  • Cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
  • Version control and automation (GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)
  • Scripting/programming languages: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • AI/ML concepts or tools (Azure AI, Databricks, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
  • Security fundamentals related to cloud or DevSecOps
  • Familiarity with hackathons and rapid prototyping environments

Responsibilities

  • Support the AI COE in building, testing, and deploying AI agents and copilots using M365 Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform AI capabilities.
  • Assist in developing and automating data and model workflows using tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps, integrating testing, compliance, and security automation.
  • Work on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep, contributing to secure and repeatable environment provisioning.
  • Help integrate DevSecOps practices, embedding vulnerability scanning, code quality checks, and security validation into build and deployment workflows.
  • Participate in AI use case evaluations, including proof-of-concept development, model performance analysis, and documentation of governance artifacts.
  • Support AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks, including bias testing, documentation of model lineage, and deployment guardrails.

Other

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
  • Completed at least one semester of coursework.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Curious, self-motivated learner with a passion for emerging technology, automation, and AI innovation.
  • Available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 26th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026).
