Circana is seeking a technology leader to own the development, deployment, and scaling of the configuration platform as well as client success for Emiri, their Liquid AI-driven natural language tool, to support a growing range of industries, markets, and datasets globally.
Requirements
- Experience in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles
- Deep familiarity with Unify and Unify Report building processes
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent systems for task tracking and documentation
- Working knowledge of JSON and strong attention to structure and formatting
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of configuration engineers and client success in building, maintaining, and evolving the Emiri configuration platform as well as client support processes
- Own configuration, deployment, and client success plan of Emiri across Circana industries, markets, and datasets globally
- Ensure the configuration platform and prompt templates evolve based on evolving Emiri capabilities
- Establish a playbook of client success processes to drive successful client deployments and end user adoption
- Own voice of customer feedback and coordinate with product and development teams to drive the product enhancement roadmap
- Engage directly with client teams to understand business needs, communicate technical concepts clearly
- Partner with the development team to align delivery timelines, mitigate risks
