Requirements
- Experience in Full Stack development.
- Experience with Agentic AI and Machine Learning (ML) applications.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment environments.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical solution.
- Developing and leading tools for FPGA or related products.
- FPGA architectures, design, and debug methodologies.
- Experience with industry-standard development tools and languages, such as Python, C/C++, and VHDL/Verilog.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of various tools for FPGA products.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define tool requirements and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Drive innovation in tool capabilities, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our tools remain competitive and relevant.
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about tool development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software tools in a fast-paced environment.
