Suncoast Credit Union is looking to transform traditional training into AI-powered video content to support employee development, requiring interns to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Pictory, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or AI-based platforms)
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, ElevenLabs)
- Real-world experience with prompt engenerring in AI-enhanced learning content creation
- Exposure to HR tech and LMS ecosystems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and visual design
- Edit and enhance video content using tools such as Pictory, After Effects, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and producing training videos that support AI-driven learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and Talent Management to develop multimedia content aligned with learning objectives.
- Support the development of AI training datasets by organizing and tagging video and media assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore creative approaches for delivering educational content using emerging technologies.
- Edit and enhance video content using tools such as Pictory, After Effects, or similar platforms.
- Conduct research on trends in AI and digital learning, contributing insights to improve content strategy.
- Help test and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and learner engagement.
Other
- Currently enrolled in a college program related to: Media Production, Instructional Design, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
- Passion for storytelling, education, and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
