Corteva Agriscience is looking for an AI Data Engineer to identify opportunities for technological advancement and process optimization within manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D by utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Training or coursework related to AI/machine learning.
  • Understanding and experience in PowerBI and other PowerPlatform technologies.
  • Databricks, and CoPilot to drive decision-making and innovation.
  • Experience in using CoPilot and similar tools to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with data structures and tools.
  • Understanding of software integrations, APIs, connectors, business logic, decision automation, and UI creation.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn one or more contemporary scripting/programming languages (e.g., C/.NET, PowerShell, Python, Java).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated processes, applications, and system architecture in close partnership with functional leaders and teams.
  • Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement and manage data visualization tools such as PowerBI to provide real-time insights and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data analytics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Other

  • BS/BA degree preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma/Agile process optimization approaches.
  • Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools in everyday work and how those tools can be used to aid others in the organization.
  • Familiarity with information management practices, SDLC, ITSM, ITIL, agile, and lean methodologies.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities: capable of conceptualizing complex problems and developing analytical roadmaps for building solutions.
