To oversee the design, delivery, and adoption of two critical technology initiatives: the Modular + Agentic Gen AI Product Platform, and the Enterprise Data Mesh built on a decoupled Data Lakehouse architecture
Requirements
Strong understanding of AI/ML delivery life cycle and modern data architectures (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, Cloud Object Storage, Iceberg, Starburst)
Hands-on familiarity with Gen AI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs, agentic workflows, and open-source AI tooling (LangChain, Haystack)
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of Modular Gen AI and Data Mesh platform initiatives
Translate high-level architectural visions into actionable roadmaps
Establish clear OKRs and KPIs for program success
Ensure Gen AI components and Data Mesh components interoperate as part of a unified platform offering
Promote consistent design, documentation, and consumption patterns for both AI and data components
Foster a contribution model where other teams can plug into and extend the platform
Other
10–15 years of experience in program management, technology leadership, or product strategy roles
Strong communication and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
Ability to distill complex technical concepts into relatable business value narratives
Comfort working with diverse stakeholders including data engineers, AI scientists, architects, business sponsors, and control partners
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
