Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Snowflake and Azure Machine Learning Studio.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing NLP/LLM solutions using machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience fine-tuning, validating, and deploying LLM-based models for text inference.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and unstructured data.
- Prior experience with healthcare data, including EPIC systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative data science solutions aligned to enterprise goals.
- Build and refine predictive models using advanced Python and machine learning techniques, including NLP and LLMs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis across structured and unstructured datasets, identifying patterns and insights that drive business value.
- Develop, fine-tune, and validate text classifier algorithms and generative AI applications.
- Build and maintain reproducible code, data pipelines, and dashboards to communicate insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate across the enterprise on the definition, requirements, and delivery of data science products within an agile framework.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with occasional in-person meetings in Atlanta, GA.
