Versar Global Solutions is looking to develop, implement, and support cutting-edge geospatial technologies, leveraging AI solutions and digital tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall digital experience for both internal teams and external customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer with a focus on intelligent agents and multi-agent system design.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience developing multi-agent systems (i.e., orchestration, fine tuning, microservices) for customer-facing products.
- In-depth knowledge of GPU architectures (e.g., CUDA) and practical performance optimization techniques.
- Experience supporting customer-facing products with focus on uptime, throughput, and low latency.
- Familiarity with geospatial data formats, tools, and solutions.
- Understanding of various digital technologies, platforms, and tools relevant to the program's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents for data analysis and decision-making.
- Implement and manage multi-agent systems to solve complex problems.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code supporting the full AI development lifecycle, from data processing to deployment.
- Build production-ready ML systems that integrate LLMs into applications.
- Handle model deployment and scaling infrastructure.
- Create evaluation frameworks for model performance.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
