Maximize Guidehouse’s investment in AI platforms and tools and ensure that the capabilities are being utilized to their fullest by designing and building Generative and Agentic AI based functionality in support of documented business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of AI related experience including implementation of new agents/models/functionality
- Experience with API development and integration techniques
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
- Experience with OATH 2.0
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework
- Experience with Moveworks or similar Agentic AI platforms
Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications.
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.
- Design or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system availability, capacity, operating schedules, and business results.
- Document applications in support of policy compliance.
- Assess AI tools to select appropriately for each solution with consideration for integration and architecture.
- Design, develop, test, and implement functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.
- Stay current with AI technology advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to date.
