Garver is seeking an innovative AI Development Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance internal workflows and deliver cutting-edge tools for clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python or C-Sharp development and AI/LLM frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG implementations
- Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Storage
- Familiarity with SharePoint integration and enterprise application development
- Understanding of GIS systems and spatial data workflows
- Experience with Copilot Agents and Microsoft ecosystem integrations
- Knowledge of MCP and advanced context management techniques
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, Copilot Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Develop and maintain custom AI agents within the Microsoft environment for internal tools and client-facing applications
- Integrate AI solutions with SharePoint, Azure Storage, and other enterprise systems
- Build and deploy AI applications leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI, and related services
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for the Azure cloud environment
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) for structured context handling
- Develop RAG pipelines for efficient knowledge retrieval from internal and external data sources
