People Inc. is looking to integrate and operationally execute AI editorial initiatives for external partners, serving as a liaison between their AI Operations team and editorial stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled editorial solutions.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, workflow automation, and editorial support.
- Data fluency: Ability to assess and report on editorial tool impact using structured insights.
- Coding experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI tools into content creation, editing, and publishing workflows.
- Coordinate the rollout of AI-powered tools and workflows, customized for client editorial programs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure client-side users are confident and competent in tool usage.
- Translate partners’ editorial goals into actionable AI strategies while advocating internally to ensure editorial, product, and engineering teams align with client-specific needs.
- Measure and communicate the effectiveness of AI tools through KPIs such as workflow efficiency, content output quality, and measurable business impact.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend bespoke solutions that align with partners’ strategic content goals.
Other
- 4+ years experience in editorial operations, digital publishing, or AI-enabled content workflows—preferably including direct client partnership experience.
- Demonstrated success navigating high-stakes relationships and delivering results for demanding stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives in fast-paced or complex environments.
- This position is fully remote with no in-office requirements, (might require coming into an office 1 or 2x a year)
