Requirements
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience using generative AI and other AI tools including coaching and simulation tools
- 3+ years of project or program management experience using digital or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience designing impactful AI Enablement solutions with key stakeholders within a global company
- Experience with learning and development (L&D), change management, or technology enablement
- Accomplished at leveraging analytics and AI insights to track usage, measure performance, and communicate ROI
- Use data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to test hypotheses through experimentation, evaluate, calibrate, and measure business value
