The client is looking for an AI Engineer to partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities within people analytics and related domains.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems in production environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and integrating APIs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and working with OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience architecting AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including serverless architectures, data pipelines, and containerized deployments.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and the ability to work with data analysts and data solutions teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and deliverables.
- Experience integrating AI with third-party systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, HRIS) via APIs or custom connectors.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, from proof-of-concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Design, build, and test AI agents leveraging OpenAI models, custom NLP pipelines, and machine learning techniques.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, including ATS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based data infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to deliver seamless AI-enabled products and features.
- Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and processes to accelerate AI agent development.
- Maintain and optimize existing AI solutions, monitoring performance and implementing enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for security, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
