The client is looking for an AI Engineer to partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities within people analytics and related domains.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems in production environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and integrating APIs.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and working with OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
  • Experience architecting AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including serverless architectures, data pipelines, and containerized deployments.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and the ability to work with data analysts and data solutions teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and deliverables.
  • Experience integrating AI with third-party systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, HRIS) via APIs or custom connectors.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end AI solutions, from proof-of-concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Design, build, and test AI agents leveraging OpenAI models, custom NLP pipelines, and machine learning techniques.
  • Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, including ATS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to deliver seamless AI-enabled products and features.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and processes to accelerate AI agent development.
  • Maintain and optimize existing AI solutions, monitoring performance and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for security, compliance, and ethical AI usage.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities within people analytics and related domains.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and trends, and assess their applicability to the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams and can operate with minimal supervision.
  • This will be a fully remote role, and will begin as a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
