CACI is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of new AI capabilities for their enterprise web application to enhance the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
Requirements
- Experience in AI development, with a focus on generative models.
- Proven experience leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Desired Experience with the Following: JSF, Bootstrap, Angular, TypeScript, AWS, Kibana, Docker, NiFi, Big Data technologies, Oracle, Elasticsearch
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and implementing solutions using exciting technology to solve complex problems as you lead the AI efforts to enhance the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
- Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced AI features into our enterprise web application.
- Design, train, and deploy generative AI models tailored to our application’s needs.
- Seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into the existing web application architecture.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI model performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and implementation processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and generative models to incorporate innovative solutions.

- Requires advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Typically has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field and minimum 7 years of related work experience.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive AI solutions.
