Schwab's AI Incubation and Enablement Team is looking for an Engineerto drive the development of innovative AI solutions, specifically focusing on rapid, iterative software development using Large Language Models to transform client service and drive organizational value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in startups and large organizations.
- 2+ years of experience building complex products from scratch and running them in production.
- 1+ years of experience building applications that use AI models to deliver business value.
- 2+ years of experience building applications and data pipelines that interface with large datasets.
- 2+ years of experience with containers and cloud-native applications, and the ability to operationalize them in the public cloud with infrastructure as code.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience working across different parts of the tech stack.
- Experience working with LLMs and shipping LLM-powered applications to production is a big plus.
