Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including customer interaction, predictive analytics, and process automation.
- Improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of our existing AI algorithms and models, measure performance and maintain models.
- Create and refine AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis tools.
- Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, communicate progress, and deliver high-quality AI solutions.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AI/machine learning development, with a focus on consumer-facing communication solutions.
