Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to production with MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Snowflake.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistants
- Experience with predictive models
- Experience with workflow automation
- Experience with generative AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI/ML applications, including intelligent assistants, RAG pipelines, and predictive models.
- Engineer data pipelines and workflows using Snowflake and AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock).
- Develop and maintain production-ready AI infrastructure with MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Explore emerging technologies in generative AI, vector search, and LLM optimization.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate opportunities into AI-powered solutions.

- This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on-site in Columbus, OH, plus occasional travel (~10%) to corporate and manufacturing locations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or data science.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial AI applications.
