Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leveraging statistical programming languages, such as Python, to develop predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and data visualizations
  • 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, including Machine Learning, Agentic AI, or Natural Language Processing
  • 1+ year of experience in software development, including Git for version control and collaboration with other developers, and testing and code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of AI solutions
  • Experience designing and performing A/B testing to evaluate model performance and measure the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes
  • Experience in programming languages, including Python, to write efficient, clean, and maintainable code
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, data preprocessing techniques, and feature engineering
  • Ability to work with large datasets using tools such as SQL or Spark to query

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Master’s degree
