Productboard is looking to solve the problem of helping product teams build exceptional products with clarity and confidence by designing and delivering agentic AI systems that operate independently to generate insights for product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Hands-on agentic AI experience
- Strong GenAI and NLP foundations
- Practical engineering skills, including fluency in Python and the AI/ML ecosystem
- Experience with large language models, context engineering, and entity resolution
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Understanding of the challenges of agentic control flow, error handling, and state management
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and scalable backend systems
Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows that move autonomously
- Push the technical boundaries of what LLMs can do
- Own the intelligence layer from data to insight
- Shape the product and AI strategy
- Collaborate at the edge of possibility
- Design and implement AI agents that don't wait for prompts
- Experiment with cutting-edge techniques in context engineering, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration
