Talentix is building a career mobility platform for healthcare, aiming to provide faster ways for over five million clinicians in the United States to match, get hired, and advance their careers. The platform enables career pivots for clinicians by transforming their skills and history into actionable next steps and connecting them with hiring teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years hands-on experience with frontend frameworks, React, Next.js, or similar.
- Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and styling frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
- Experience integrating with backend services via REST APIs, GraphQL, or serverless endpoints.
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools, preferably Cursor.
- Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and version control (Git).
- Basic knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Python) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on shipping working features quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship frontend features that directly impact clinician workflows.
- Solve real problems with tangible outcomes.
- Contribute to features that clinicians use daily.
- Build frontend systems using React, Next.js.
- Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar.
- Utilize CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Material UI.
- Integrate with backend services via Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL.
