Guidewire is looking to leverage AI to power its platform, products, and customer experience, aiming to bring creativity, modern problem-solving, and fresh research perspectives into their teams to shape how they use generative AI, machine learning, cloud, and data intelligence at scale.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, and/or Java / C++
- Machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
- Natural language processing & LLM architectures
- Generative AI/model fine-tuning
- Data engineering & distributed systems
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) beneficial
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered features, models, and prototypes across Guidewire’s cloud platform
- Experiment with foundation models, LLMs, machine learning techniques, and emerging AI tools
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business problems into intelligent system solutions
- Contribute to experimentation frameworks, model training pipelines, and evaluation tools
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development practices
- Research and apply cutting-edge academic advancements to real-world enterprise problems
- Bring a mindset of curiosity, rapid learning, and innovation to accelerate Guidewire’s AI strategy
