SANTE Realty Investments is looking to scale their outreach to U.S.-based Independent RIAs who allocate capital to private investments using AI-powered marketing strategies
Requirements
Strong understanding of AI tools and LLMs
Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok
Experience with marketing automation tools like Canva, Typeform, and Zapier
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta, and email marketing platforms
Knowledge of real estate, finance, or alternative investments
Experience with bleeding-edge AI tools like VEO 3, Nano Banana, and others
Strong understanding of AI marketing workflows
Responsibilities
Generate real leads of Independent RIAs and drive them toward scheduling intro calls with our team
Use advanced LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok) to craft intelligent, high-converting outreach and educational content
Build and launch marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and email platforms
Experiment with bleeding-edge AI tools like VEO 3, Nano Banana, and others to test new ways of connecting with our ideal clients
Post compelling content that speaks directly to the needs and mindset of financial professionals managing high-net-worth capital
Use tools like Canva, Typeform, and Zapier to build automations, visuals, and engagement workflows
Conduct rapid experiments to learn what gets clicks, conversations, and calendar bookings — and iterate fast
Other
Current junior or senior undergrad student, ideally in marketing (but we’re open to other majors if your AI skillset is strong)
Clear, concise writing and communication skills
Proven ability to self-manage and execute in a remote environment
Willingness to ask questions, try new things, and move fast
