Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing robust full stack applications
- Solid hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, C/JAVA
- Strong Python skills
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals: OOP design principles, Asynchronous programming, Lazy loading, caching, performance optimization
- Experience with code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in production systems (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI concepts like RAG, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, agent frameworks (nice to have)
- Exposure to scaling from AI ideas to fully deployed features with QA, security, and monitoring (nice to have)
- Docker, AKS, Kubernetes (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing robust full stack applications
- Developing clean, maintainable code across the entire stack
- Owning features end-to-end: from design to testing, deployment, and production support
- Implementing code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
- Architecting solutions outside the norm
- Thinking creatively to solve complex problems
- Developing AI-enhanced features (nice to have)
