MOTOR Information Systems is looking to build a team of technologists to experiment with new ideas and invest time in them, specifically focusing on Generative AI and its applications.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Built at least 1-2 generative AI projects in the last 18 months using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Hands-on experience with large language models and agents such as GPT-4, Gemini, Llama, Mistral and their applications.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing concepts and techniques such as tokenization, embedding, attention, transformers, etc.
- Experience with Pandas and/or polars and PyTorch experience is desired.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Pyspark
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their AI services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-based applications that leverage large language models such as GPT, Gemini, and state of the art open-source models.
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient AI systems that use agents or large language models for various natural language processing tasks such as text generation, summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, etc.
- Optimize the performance, accuracy, and reliability of the AI systems using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation of the AI systems.
- Deploy and monitor the AI systems in production environments and ensure their availability and reliability.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the AI and large language models domain and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop AI / ML Models and Intelligent Automation processes as needed
