Responsibilities
- Building and refining workflows that combine real-time signals, firmographic/technographic data, and customer behavior to improve targeting and prioritization.
- Prototyping AI agents and automations using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Zapier, or Clay to help us accelerate different GTM motions (i.e. improving inbound prospecting to quickly turn MQLs into qualified pipeline.
- Improving visibility into “hot accounts” across both inbound and free-tier PLG motions so GTM teams know exactly where to focus.
- Owning projects end-to-end: scoping, building, testing, and iterating based on impact.
- We use Clay to create real time enrichments and bring in insightful technographic, firmographic data and tie it all together to make it actionable - we want to create more specific workflows
- Improve our email/mobile number enrichment automations
- Strengthen inbound prospecting workflows to improve MQL → pipeline conversion rates.
