Overwatch Construction is looking to solve the problem of managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure programs for data centers, including issue management, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Technical fluency in server and GPU rack deployments, infrastructure delivery, and data center operations.
- Prior experience supporting GPU or server rack deployments, equipment energization, or data hall operations.
- Strong familiarity with low-voltage (LV) systems, network connectivity, rack validation, and data hall turnover workflows.
- Experience coordinating between construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders to maintain project velocity.
- Proven background in program or project management within hyperscale, cloud, or colocation environments
- 5+ years of experience in data center construction, fit-out coordination, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
- Extensive experience in program delivery within hyperscale, cloud, and other fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison by proactively engaging the right teams when issues arise; act with urgency and drive results.
- Manage customer-reported issues, routing them quickly to the appropriate owners.
- Serve as a point of escalation, enabling fast response and resolution.
- Coordinate closely with teams for server/GPU-related turnover and escalations.
- Engage technicians, facilitate GPU rack troubleshooting, and triage racks for next steps / testing opportunities.
- Support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within Abilene and future Stargate projects.
- Operate within a rotation schedule to provide continuous war room coverage (days, nights, weekends).

- Skilled communicator and organizer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes operations involving many moving parts.
- Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain when on-site.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to travel to and between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
