Red Nucleus is looking to research, build, and advance AI/ML capabilities to power future-facing products by implementing proof of concept (POC) implementations, model development, large language model integrations, agentic AI workflows, and developing scalable AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Proven experience using Python extensively for AI development; familiarity with key AI/ML/DL libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering (few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.), open source model integrations.
- Experience in building agentic AI or multi-agent workflows, and with agent frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex etc.
- Background in data pipelines: preprocessing, feature engineering, ingestion of both structured and unstructured data.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and theoretical computer science.
- Good system design skills: capable of designing scalable, modular, maintainable AI systems capable of production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research into new AI/ML/DL/transformer-based models, frameworks, and techniques, staying abreast of academic and industry advances.
- Prepare proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new AI features or solution ideas.
- Design, implement, fine-tune, and deploy AI models; integrate external open source frameworks (e.g. Hugging Face, LangChain) for model/agentic workflows.
- Develop agentic AI systems: build modular, stateful, multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.
- Architect scalable, robust, and modular systems for AI agents, ensuring performance, maintainability, and observability in distributed environments.
- Develop evaluation metrics, logging/tracing/monitoring strategies for agents to ensure reliable performance, error detection, continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain data pipelines in conjunction with data engineering team: data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, cleaning / normalization / augmentation.
