The business problem involves supporting the IT Workforce Development Program by training IT professionals to build AI competencies necessary for implementing and deploying AI tools and solutions in the workplace.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in any IT, Engineering, Data Science, or relevant Education related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in combined Data Science or Information Technology practitioner or trainer roles.
- Practical experience and expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning and related fields.
- Broad-based understanding of IT best practices and industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience in education and/or technical training.
- Experience in writing and developing training materials, including assessments, case studies, and presentations.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching an asset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live classroom training, both online and in-person when required.
- Support in the development of course content, learning materials, case studies and practical hands-on activities.
- Employ instructional technology and experiential learning approaches to enhance the learning experience and achieve defined learning outcomes.
- Evaluate learner’s progress using Info-Tech certified assessments and tools.
- Provide expert advisory and coaching to IT leadership on the subject of AI, related technologies, and applications.
- Utilize our research Blueprints to assist members through the process of executing projects or process improvements.
- Deliver product presentations and promotional demos or webinars to enable sales teams.

- Must be available for after-hours work periodically to service APAC clients.
