Shumaker & Sieffert is looking to enhance its proprietary suite of in-house tools by integrating Google's Gemini into the core of their custom operational software, spanning billing, invoicing, workflow, and docketing, to solve complex business problems and drive the next phase of innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and maintaining business systems, with high proficiency in C-Sharp and the .NET Core framework.
- Strong experience with web development technologies, including ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- High proficiency in database design and management, particularly with SQL Server.
- Direct experience with large language models (LLMs) like Google Gemini, OpenAI's GPT series, or Anthropic's Claude.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full, iterative life cycle of new features, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and support.
- Enhance and scale our existing framework for integrating Google's Gemini with our proprietary firm management software.
- Design, build, and deploy new modules that embed generative AI more deeply into our custom operational software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, continuing our commitment to the security and integrity of sensitive firm and client data.
- Optimize and improve existing AI-driven features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
