Delaware Valley Paving (DVP) is seeking an AI Integration Leader to drive the design, adoption, and scaling of artificial intelligence solutions across their systems, processes, and client-facing platforms to support their growth from $100M to $350M+.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional Software development experience, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions in the real world.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, workflow automation) and data-driven decision support.
  • Coding experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data engineering and analytics pipelines.
  • Familiarity with geospatial and mapping data as applied to paving and large-scale construction.

Responsibilities

  • Reimagine and redesign core business workflows by embedding AI into estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, and client communication processes.
  • Architect and optimize integrated AI systems that enhance efficiency, consistency, and decision-making across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, analytics).
  • Develop strategies for automating high-volume or repetitive tasks (reporting, scheduling, documentation), freeing up teams to focus on higher-value work.
  • Champion process innovation by introducing AI-driven solutions that streamline field operations, enhance resource allocation, and increase scalability.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and implement creative solutions that deliver measurable ROI and competitive differentiation.
  • Serve as a thought leader and change agent, educating executives and teams on the potential of AI to reshape construction and paving workflows.
  • Mentor IT and operations teams on AI adoption, ensuring best practices in integration, usability, and sustainability.

  • Track record of introducing process efficiencies, driving organizational change, and leading innovation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with executives, managers, and technical teams.
  • Background in construction technology, civil engineering software, or industrial operations.
  • Be at the forefront of AI transformation in the construction and paving industry.
  • Lead a new wave of systems and process innovation to help Delaware Valley Paving grow from $100M to $350M+.
