The company is seeking to analyze, optimize, and enhance business processes within the Legal Services organization, and to shape how users design and interact with AI systems, particularly large language models (LLMs).

Requirements

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM interaction design, or conversational UX, with a focus on shaping model behavior and user experience rather than software development.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom LLM applications, and the ability to fine-tune interactions through prompt design and iterative testing.
• Understanding of natural language processing, AI safety, and human-centered design principles, especially in the context of conversational interfaces.
• Proven experience in business process reengineering and transformation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an asset.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint/MS365, Power Platform, and Automation Anywhere is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to guide accurate, safe, and context-aware outputs, aligning model behavior with business goals and user needs.
• Develop and iterate multi-turn conversational flows, reasoning paths, and user feedback loops to support intuitive and effective AI-powered interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX, product, and engineering—to shape seamless, accessible AI experiences.
• Analyze and map complex business processes across departments, identifying inputs, outputs and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using data-driven insights.
• Lead the design and implementation of low-code/no-code workflow solutions (e.g., Power Platform, Decisions, Salesforce).
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI integration, and digital transformation.

• This role will also play a key part in shaping how we design and interact with AI systems—particularly large language models (LLMs)—by crafting effective prompts, designing intuitive conversational flows, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
• You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that both business processes and AI-driven experiences are efficient, intuitive and aligned with organizational goals.
