Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, conversation design, or related field with focus on AI/ML systems
- Demonstrated expertise with multiple conversational AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Bard)
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data analysis
- Experience creating training datasets for machine learning models
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and best practices
- Experience designing for different user personas and business contexts
- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or computational linguistics
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and curate high-quality question-answer pairs to train our B2B AI systems on proprietary data
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries tailored to different personas, use cases, and business contexts
- Analyze AI interaction patterns and optimize conversation flows based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance of AI responses and conversation flows
- Document best practices for AI interaction and establish standards for prompt engineering
