- Experience or interest in working with APIs to connect data sources and applications

- Gain direct exposure to Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma frameworks
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical team members
Responsibilities
- Designing AI-powered proposal and sales tools for technicians
- Building early-stage models for predictive maintenance and inventory management
- Prototyping customer service tools like chatbots and transcription assistants
- Analyzing job and service data to uncover actionable business insights
- Experimenting with training simulations and upskilling tools powered by AI
- Work independently to design, test, and implement AI tools in a fast-paced service business
- Build a real-world AI project portfolio for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations
