Aderant is looking to establish and grow its AI Center of Excellence to provide strategic and technical leadership in the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across the organization, aiming to unlock measurable business value through AI initiatives and drive innovation in the legal industry.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with 2+ years in applied AI/ML leadership roles.
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML or Generative AI systems into production at scale.
- Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML techniques (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Responsibilities
- Oversee design, training, evaluation, and deployment of AI/ML models and LLM-based solutions.
- Define and execute the AI strategy, roadmap, and best practices for the organization.
- Lead and mentor AI Engineers and cross-functional team members in delivering production-ready AI solutions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI and prioritize initiatives.
- Establish governance and ethical AI practices including security, compliance, and responsible use of data.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and research; guide adoption of tools to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and measurable delivery.
