Publicis Sapient is seeking an AI Machine Learning Engineer to strengthen their Data Science division and develop data-driven solutions powered by cutting-edge learning algorithms.
Requirements
- Experience across public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake)
- Deploying or hosting large models using frameworks like vLLM, TGI, Ray, or BentoML
- Fine-tuning or training LLMs / vision models (SLMs, VLMs, etc.)
- Experience building with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus)
- Working with prompt engineering and agentic frameworks (e.g., MetaGPT, AutoGPT)
Responsibilities
- Implementing conceptual models for problem-solving within the machine learning domain
- Translating organizational objectives into actionable data-driven strategies
- Working on challenging, practical problems, like making autocomplete faster, improving LLM-based systems for code and text, or experimenting with small models under real-world constraints
- Experimenting, prototyping, and building smart solutions using modern AI techniques
- Contributing to client-facing solutions when needed
