Top Talent HQ is seeking an AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to solve real-world challenges.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation, data cleaning, and working with large datasets. Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques is a plus.
- Experience with deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost
- Experience with Deep Learning: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs
- Experience with Natural Language Processing: Hugging Face Transformers, GPT, BERT, T5, LangChain
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of applications, including predictive modeling, automation, recommendation systems, and real-time data analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and ML technologies (e.g., transformers, neural networks, reinforcement learning, LLMs) and apply them to solve challenging problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and software developers, to create end-to-end AI-driven solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for data-driven decision-making, automation, and real-time analysis.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets. Develop data pipelines to support AI and ML workflows.
- Tune and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring they operate efficiently in production environments.
- Document models, processes, and results in a clear and reproducible manner. Present insights and technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML models and solutions in production environments.
- Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions and demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
