Requirements
- Experience with leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem to drive client value and market differentiation, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required
- Robust understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and ability to leverage Microsoft partnerships to drive client value
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary relationship manager for large, strategic accounts
- Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with key clients and prospects
- Ensures client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic engagement
- Drives new business opportunities through a well-established professional network
- Identifies and pursues high-value opportunities in energy, healthcare, and private equity
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Develops and refines market messaging and positioning for the market
Other
- Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or consulting as a market leader, required
- Experience and success managing large, complex client relationships, required
- Experience with generating new business through professional networks, required
- Experience in business development and marketing expansion within key sectors: energy, healthcare, and private equity, preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders
