The company is looking to solve the problem of executing a portfolio of structured market research studies for Health Markets products in the US, informing product roadmaps, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years market research, or product research studies—ideally with health, clinical education, or information products.
  • Demonstrated strength in experimental design and sampling (e.g., power analysis, margins of error) and in setting acceptance thresholds for metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience creating SOPs and study documentation; strong quality‑management mindset and audit‑ready record keeping.
  • Ability to collaborate on analyses using SQL and either Python or R; fluency communicating insights with Tableau or similar tools.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in market research, statistics, strategy, information science, or a related STEM/social science field; degrees in clinical or research domains are welcome.
  • Skill translating technical/clinical findings into clear product recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with legal, privacy, and compliance considerations

Responsibilities

  • Project leadership and execution: Execute a portfolio of market research studies for Health Markets products, defining scope, success criteria, and cadence in partnership with Product and Data Science.
  • Design statistically sound protocols, sampling plans, and acceptance thresholds to generate reliable quality metrics.
  • Coordinate clinician SME participation with Evaluation SME Operations, including calibration and inter-rater reliability checks.
  • Synthesize findings into clear narratives and recommendations that inform product roadmaps and near-term delivery plans.
  • Use external references and publicly available tools within legal and compliance guardrails to contextualize product performance.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for methods, datasets, rater guidance, analyses, and outcomes.
  • Implement experimental design and quality controls, including calibration and inter-rater reliability, in partnership with Evaluation SME Operations.

Other

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in market research, statistics, strategy, information science, or a related STEM/social science field; degrees in clinical or research domains are welcome.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including executive readouts and decision workshops.
  • Willingness to travel for on‑site workshops in the US (e.g., New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh); occasional additional travel as needed.
