Requirements
3+ years of experience developing and execute phased adoption roadmaps, including pilot programs, feedback loops, and enterprise-wide scaling.
Responsibilities
Identify high-impact AI use cases in partnership with business leaders, prioritizing those aligned with strategic goals and Return on Investment (ROI) potential.
Translate complex AI updates and capabilities into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Track and report on adoption metrics, usage analytics, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and inform strategy.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs tailored to diverse user groups (engineering, business, operations).
Suggest enablement content: onboarding guides, best-practice documentation, prompt libraries, and use case libraries.
Ensure all AI solutions meet internal governance standards, including data privacy, ethical use, and regulatory compliance.
