Responsibilities
- Create benchmarks for chatbots and agents
- Evaluate technical solutions on the benchmarks
- Compare various technical solutions
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Liaise with engineering team to develop and experiment with solutions for clusters of problems
Other
- 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Scientist or related area
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication
- Bachelors Degree
