Infosys is seeking an AI/ML Consultant to drive next wave of CS Transformation by leveraging GenAI and AgenticAI, and to work with customers to drive self-service solutions using smartAI, Automation and Voice solutions.

Requirements

  • experience of having Led and launched state of the art Chat and Voice platform
  • Implemented complex scale and capability
  • state-of-the art leading expertise in AI-led CX and CS
  • Helped drive platforms that improved self-service rates by substantial %, translating to $multi-million / yr in operational savings
  • Scaled GenAI-powered voice and NLP led channels for self-service

Responsibilities

  • apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design
  • play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts
  • deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
  • lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
  • Work with customers and drive self-service solutions using smartAI, Automation and Voice solutions
  • Leverage best of GenAI and AgenticAI and drive next wave of CS Transformation
  • state-of-the art leading expertise in AI-led CX and CS
