RTW Investments is seeking an AI/ML Data Scientist to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML solutions that deliver real business impact, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI technologies to solve challenging, unmet patient needs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (required and strongly valued).
- Basic understanding and practical exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Exposure to Knowledge Graphs and graph-based data models.
- Experience with AI/ML model development beyond basic implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
- Work with Databricks for data processing, feature engineering, and model training at scale.
- Explore and experiment with LLMs for use cases such as text analytics, summarization, and knowledge extraction.
- Leverage Knowledge Graphs (as a user) for data enrichment and semantic reasoning (experience desirable but not mandatory).
- Assist in building pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model deployment.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI/ML and proactively share insights with the team.
