Requirements
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce governance policies and standards across all deployment pipelines to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Drive the adoption of DevOps governance practices, implementing controls to streamline software delivery and enhance reliability
- Establish and monitor DORA metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Promote a DevOps mindset focused on agility, speed, and quality in the software development lifecycle
- Lead automation efforts for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the deployment process
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in governance, cloud infrastructure, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
