RCT seeks contractor support to transition its collection processes to modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
Requirements
- Automating workflows with AI
- Proficiency in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
- Expertise with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong math, statistics, algorithms background
- Programming in AI/ML languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Experience training models and integrating pre-trained models
- Implementing secure AI solutions in the Intelligence Community
Responsibilities
- train machine learning models
- develop end-to-end AI systems
- productize these capabilities for operational use
- automating webscraping functions
- performing visual object detection in video
- enabling open-source data collection to support Sponsor-owned AI/ML models
- build complete AI-driven solutions involving data acquisition, model development, ETL pipelines, databases, human-in-the-loop processes, and integration with existing collection mechanisms
