Bolton & Menk is growing its AI/ML team to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems across a wide spectrum of AI capabilities, including traditional machine learning, classical AI, generative AI, and agentic frameworks, to translate analytical insights into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, with demonstrated work across multiple AI domains.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for structured and unstructured data across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Build scalable data science solutions using distributed computing frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Develop classical AI systems including rule-based engines, expert systems, and symbolic reasoning components.
- Architect and deploy generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and agentic frameworks for autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with MLOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code for AI/ML applications, adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable impact.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.
