Build and support an internal AI tool designed to enhance the daily workflows of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python, especially in AI/ML applications or tooling.
- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or similar foundational model platforms.
- Experience working with observability tools like Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
- Exposure to or interest in React and frontend development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and SREs to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate the AI tool with existing observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch).
- Work with Amazon Bedrock and other foundational models to power AI features.
- Contribute to both backend and frontend components (React experience is a plus).
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Identify and resolve performance and integration issues.
