Tax Relief Advocates (TRA) is looking to develop intelligent systems to automate tax resolution processes, including parsing IRS transcripts, extracting data from tax forms, and integrating with tax filing software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong experience with OCR and NLP for structured document extraction
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Azure AI, or other large language model platforms
Responsibilities
- Build and fine-tune NLP and OCR models for structured document parsing
- Develop AI-driven workflows to automate IRS transcript and tax form processing
- Integrate AI model outputs into tax filing systems like Lacerte (e-filing, extensions, etc.)
- Collaborate with tax experts to validate model outputs and incorporate business logic
- Monitor and improve model performance through retraining, fine-tuning, and continuous evaluation
